I managed various responsibilities at my previous job in a Short-Term Rental company with units across the US. Starting with no experience, I quickly learned and was promoted to team/operations manager within three months. My new tasks included hiring additional VAs to accommodate rapid growth, pricing using PriceLabs, auditing with Intuit QuickBooks, training new VAs, interviewing candidates, ordering supplies via Amazon, and paying vendors through Venmo or Turno.com, which we also used to create cleaning projects for our team.
