Jonalyn C. Manalansan

Jonalyn C. Manalansan is a dynamic and results-driven fitness professional, sports manager, and student leader currently completing her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Sciences (Major in Fitness and Sports Management) at Bataan Peninsula State University. A passionate advocate for physical literacy and sports development, Jonalyn holds multiple international certifications, including Group Exercise Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Dance Fitness Instructor from the International Association of Physical Education and Sports, Inc. and the Montenegrin Sports Academy. Her extensive hands-on experience spans officiating numerous district, university, and cluster sports meets, managing media communications, and handling office operations for the BPSU Center for Sports and Recreation Development. Jonalyn is also a proven leader and researcher. She served as the President of the Human Kinetics Society (AY 2024–2025) and has been recognized with multiple Leadership and Service Awards. Notably, her academic work earned the Best Paper and Best Paper Presenter awards at the 2025 Research Colloquium, and her innovative project, Power Connect: A Digital Coaching Accountability System, achieved 1st Place Overall at the 2025 BSESS Start-Up Pitch. Combining technical skills in drafting and digital design (Canva) with elite competencies in fitness programming, research, and event management, Jonalyn is dedicated to shaping the future of sports and wellness.
