BD Sourcing Associate Location: Remote (Philippines) As a BD Sourcing Associate, you'll be the engine behind our manufacturer outreach — connecting with suppliers around the world and keeping our sourcing pipeline moving. This is a great entry point into global sourcing and supply chain work, with hands-on exposure to international manufacturer communication and real business impact from day one. What You'll Do Reach out daily to manufacturers across global markets to introduce Source One and open the conversation. Keep our sourcing trackers accurate and up to date with every contact and response. Request and record pricing quotations from manufacturers. Schedule introductory meetings between manufacturers and our team. Follow up consistently to keep conversations moving forward. Research manufacturer details (certifications, minimum order quantities, product range). Work across multiple product categories, from food packaging to paper goods to new emerging categories. What We're Looking For Experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or a research-heavy role. Someone who's organized, persistent, and comfortable reaching out to new people every day. Strong written English. Comfortable working a split schedule to connect with manufacturers across different time zones (this role covers both offshore and nearshore markets, which means working across two shifts in a day). Confidence with spreadsheets and online research; familiarity with Alibaba or AI tools is a bonus, not a requirement. As this is a VA role, we're looking for someone with own equipment.
