What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to support business reporting and analytics. Build and optimize data warehouse solutions using modern cloud technologies. Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Work extensively with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Snowflake to integrate and manage data. Prepare, cleanse, and transform large datasets for reporting and analytical use. Monitor and improve data pipeline performance, reliability, and efficiency. Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards are maintained. Collaborate with analytics, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation for data pipelines and data architecture. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, with the majority of experience focused on ETL/ELT development and data warehousing. Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF). Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake. Advanced SQL skills with experience writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex queries. Proven experience building and maintaining scalable ETL/ELT pipelines. Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data platforms. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and data integration. Experience improving data pipeline performance and reliability. Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Nice to Have Python programming experience. Experience within the retail industry. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
