Visioneer LLC is seeking a Lead Generation & Cold Calling Specialist who can help build a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects across multiple projects. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable taking initiative, communicating with new people, and turning prospecting activity into real conversations and scheduled appointments. Cold calling experience is important. We are looking for someone who is confident picking up the phone, working through prospect lists, handling objections, following up consistently, and speaking naturally with potential customers. You should be comfortable working toward measurable goals related to calls, conversations, qualified leads, follow-ups, and appointments. This is also a technology-driven lead generation role. You will be expected to learn and master modern AI software, CRM systems, automated dialers, prospecting platforms, data enrichment tools, email automation, and other technologies that can make outreach faster and more effective. We are especially interested in candidates who enjoy experimenting with new software and can quickly figure out how different tools work together. Strong technical proficiency and adaptability are essential. AI is rapidly changing how lead generation is done, and we want someone who is excited to develop alongside that technology. You do not need to already know every platform we use, but you should be comfortable learning new systems, troubleshooting problems, following documented processes, and using AI to improve research, personalization, prospect qualification, outreach, and follow-up. Ultimately, we are looking for someone who wants to become exceptionally good at AI-powered lead generation and human-to-human sales conversations. Technology can help us identify prospects, organize information, automate repetitive work, and increase outreach volume, but meaningful conversations still require judgment, confidence, curiosity, and communication skills. If you have cold calling experience, strong technical ability, and a genuine interest in mastering the next generation of AI-powered sales tools, we would love to hear from you.
