Marketing \& Lead Generation Manager (Remote) About Virtual Hero We provide dedicated off shore Virtual Assistants to allied health, psychology, medical and healthcare practices across Australia. We are now looking for a talented Marketing \& Lead Generation Manager to help us grow awareness, generate qualified leads and establish Virtual Hero as Australia's leading healthcare virtual staffing provider. About The Role We are looking for someone who can generate leads and create awareness of our brand, not simply create posts. You will be responsible for building, testing and scaling a marketing strategy across social media, paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing and lead generation. This is a remote position and would suit someone who is proactive, creative and highly results-focused. Who This Role Is For Someone who genuinely loves marketing. The kind of person who reads marketing books for fun, watches videos on funnels and conversion optimisation, and is always looking for new ways to generate leads and grow a business. You're naturally curious and constantly asking: \ \ "How could I generate more leads?"\ \ You're resourceful, proactive, and move quickly. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Build awareness of our brand across multiple social media platforms Build and manage lead generation campaigns Build AI powered systems that create content, generate leads or automate entire marketing workflows. Reporting Provide weekly performance reports Track leads, discovery calls, conversion rates and ROI Make recommendations for ongoing improvement You'll Bring Experience In Meta Ads Google Ads LinkedIn marketing and lead generation SEO HubSpot or similar CRM platforms Marketing automation Copywriting Conversion rate optimisation Analytics and reporting AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity This is a hands-on role, so we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running. You should be confident working across all of the above and able to manage these functions with minimal direction.
