Full Time / Remote / EU Timezone Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality desktop application components using modern C++ Implement scalable multithreading and concurrency solutions Analyze, identify, and resolve performance bottlenecks in complex desktop systems Participate in modernization and refactoring of legacy codebases Collaborate with architects, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver stable and efficient solutions Contribute to software quality improvements, debugging activities, and system stability initiatives Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve development workflows and accelerate implementation activities Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices initiatives Requirements 5+ years of commercial experience in C++ software development Strong expertise in modern C++ standards including C++14/17/20 Deep understanding of multithreading, concurrency, debugging, and performance optimization Hands-on experience with desktop application development Solid hands-on experience with the Qt Framework is critical Experience working with Make, Conan, and MSVC Experience with CEF integration Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional engineering teams Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English Work Location: Remote
