Role Overview Detail-oriented, highly efficient Bookkeeper to assist with our day-to-day Financial Transactions. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will assist with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), end-to-end bank reconciliations, and accurate bill entry. You will be joining an established finance function, allowing you to focus on high-volume, accurate data processing and system alignment. Because our operations bridge e-commerce and logistics, hands-on experience with Xero and Shopify, essential. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable (AP): Review, verify, and accurately enter supplier bills into Xero. Accounts Receivable (AR): Respond to general account enquiries and issue statements. Check Invoices in Xero match shopify sales Bank \& Platform Reconciliations: Perform daily bank reconciliations in Xero. Reconcile Shopify payouts. Work collaboratively alongside our Financial Controller to ensure month-end data is accurate and completed on time. Required Skills and Qualifications Software Expertise (Mandatory): Proven, advanced experience working natively within Xero, Shopify, and preferably CartonCloud. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience, preferably within an e-commerce, wholesale, or logistics environment. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of general accounting principles, AR/AP. Attention to Detail: Exceptional data entry accuracy and a knack for spotting discrepancies across integrated platforms. Pay: Php35,000\.00 - Php45,000\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
