Job Summary We’re hiring for an established international software company that provides ERP and cloud-based business solutions to clients across Australia and the United Kingdom. The company is looking for a Sage Intacct Implementation \& Support Specialist to support client implementation projects, onboarding, system configuration, user training, and ongoing customer support. This is a full-time, remote, direct-hire role with the client. The ideal candidate must have hands-on Sage Intacct experience and be comfortable working directly with international clients. Responsibilities Support Sage Intacct implementation projects from setup through go-live. Gather, review, and document client requirements. Assist with system configuration, workflows, user setup, and related implementation tasks. Support data preparation, mapping, migration, testing, and validation activities. Troubleshoot Sage Intacct-related issues and provide timely client support. Deliver user training and guide clients on Sage Intacct functionality and best practices. Prepare or assist with user guides, process notes, and support documentation. Respond to client questions and support tickets in a professional and timely manner. Work closely with internal implementation, management, and support teams. Build strong working relationships with clients and help improve their system usage. Requirements Hands-on Sage Intacct experience is required. Experience with Sage Intacct implementation, configuration, support, onboarding, or training. Strong understanding of accounting, finance, or business process workflows. Experience working in a client-facing software support, ERP support, or implementation role. Ability to gather requirements and understand business processes. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Comfortable joining client calls, conducting training, and explaining system processes clearly. Able to work independently in a remote environment. Reliable internet connection and a quiet work-from-home setup. Preferred Qualifications 2\+ years of Sage Intacct implementation, consulting, or support experience. Background in accounting, bookkeeping, finance operations, ERP systems, or SaaS support. Experience working with clients from Australia, the United Kingdom, or other international markets. Experience creating training materials, process documentation, or user guides. Work Schedule The role will initially follow Australian business hours and may transition to UK business hours. Expected schedule is approximately 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Philippine Time, subject to business needs. Work Setup This is a remote role. Applicants should have a stable work-from-home setup suitable for video calls, client meetings, training sessions, and daily online collaboration.
