Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and proactive Community Manager to manage and grow our clients’ gaming communities across Discord, Reddit, and other Community platforms . You will be responsible for engaging with players, maintaining healthy communities, monitoring discussions, identifying trends, and providing insights that help our clients better understand and serve their audiences. The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, communicative, comfortable working independently, and able to turn community activity into actionable insights through data and research. Working Hours Monday to Friday 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Fully Remote Responsibilities Community Management Manage daily operations of client Discord servers and Reddit communities. Engage with community members, answer questions, and encourage meaningful discussions. Monitor conversations, sentiment, feedback, and emerging topics. Identify potential issues, conflicts, or opportunities within communities. Help maintain a positive and welcoming community environment. Support community events, announcements, campaigns, and launches. Reporting & Analytics Track community performance metrics and engagement trends. Analyze Discord and Reddit activity to identify insights and recommendations. Create regular reports covering: Community growth Engagement levels Sentiment trends Popular topics and discussions Player feedback Opportunities for improvement Translate community data into actionable recommendations for clients. Research & Insights Conduct research into gaming communities, competitors, trends, and player behavior. Stay updated on gaming communities, platforms, and social trends. Identify best practices for community engagement. Provide feedback on how clients can improve their community strategies. Communication & Client Updates Provide regular updates to internal teams regarding community activity. Clearly communicate important discussions, issues, and opportunities. Maintain organized documentation of community findings and actions taken. Be proactive in highlighting important information without needing constant direction. Requirements Previous experience managing online communities (Discord, Reddit, forums, social media, or gaming communities). Strong understanding of gaming communities and player behavior. Excellent written communication skills. Highly reliable and able to consistently work scheduled hours. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple communities. Ability to analyze data and create reports. Interest in research, trends, and understanding user behavior. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience working with gaming companies, publishers, or indie game communities. Familiarity with Discord moderation tools and analytics. Experience with Reddit communities and subreddit management. Experience using spreadsheets, dashboards, or analytics tools. Basic understanding of marketing, community growth, or player engagement strategies. What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates proactively, and genuinely enjoys understanding communities. This role is not only about moderating conversations — it is about understanding players, identifying patterns, and helping our clients build stronger relationships with their audiences.
