📍 Philippines | Full-Time | Remote Are you a recruiter who can do more than just source candidates? We’re looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to manage both the business development and recruitment side of the process, supporting clients and building strong talent pipelines across the USA and/or UAE markets . What You’ll Be Doing Develop new business through cold calling, outreach, and relationship building . Manage client accounts and understand their hiring requirements. Source and engage executive-level talent for specialist mandates. Map talent pools and identify strong candidates across target markets. Manage the recruitment process from business development through to candidate delivery . Build long-term relationships with both clients and senior candidates. What Makes You a Great Fit Proven experience in 360 recruitment , covering both BD and sourcing. Experience recruiting within Data Centres, Real Estate, Infrastructure, or Energy . Experience working with the USA and/or UAE market . Confident making cold calls and developing new client relationships. Strong executive sourcing and talent mapping Skills . Commercial mindset with the ability to manage accounts and deliver against recruitment mandates. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
