Job Details About The Role Zenith PH (Amare Group) is a direct-to-consumer skincare and hair care brand for Filipino men: 100,000+ customers in two years, sold through Meta ads, email, and landing pages, all FDA-notified. This role writes every day: Facebook/IG ad copy and video scripts, email campaigns and flows, landing pages, and quiz funnels, in Taglish and English, inside strict claims rules. Why this seat opens now Q4 is our scale quarter. Ad spend goes up aggressively per month, and the copy the machine needs roughly doubles. Your concepts feed a production team of 10 video editors and 3 graphic designers who build only what copy briefs. How We Work We don't want to guess. Every word we ship has a reason to exist. An ad, a landing page, an email, or a funnel all start with a hypothesis. We know the angle. We know the hook. We know the format. Volume is the baseline; the real work is mastery. Own your output, know the products cold, and use AI the way we do: draft compliant variant sets against our Master Claims Table with an LLM, then rewrite them until they sound like a person. That is how a 30-minute task becomes a 5-minute task here. Your ideas set the pace for the production team, and this is a company for writers who want to see their concepts built, tested, and scaled fast. Qualifications Experience and Language: Bring 1 to 3 years of commercial experience, or a fresh grad portfolio that proves you can write. You are native or fluent in Tagalog, Taglish, and English. Bisaya is a plus. Efficient Problem Solver: Comfortable using LLMs and prompt engineering to accelerate drafting, without ever shipping raw AI output. Collaborative Ideation: You love bringing concepts to life. You will work closely with a team of graphic designers and video editors, and you get a plus one for proposing new tools for the creative team. Ownership & Accuracy: Grammar and spelling are yours to own. Every product claim you write must be verified against our fact sheets. Duties & Responsibilities Multi-Format Drafting & Execution: Write first drafts across a wide variety of formats: ad formats (video scripts, static ad copy), email flows and campaigns, landing pages, and quiz funnels within approved frameworks. You will also handle copy variations and research preparation. AI Collaboration & Revision: Use AI tools to generate baseline ideas efficiently, but possess the editorial chops to heavily revise, refine, and humanize AI-written work until it sounds natural and hits the target emotion. Brief Comprehension: Read, understand, and write tight, effective concept briefs that translate strategy into clear directives for the design and video editing teams. Voice & Tone Agility: Write across multiple brand tonalities, knowing exactly how to pivot the voice depending on the product, format, and audience. You write exactly how real Filipinos actually talk. Fact-Checking & Quality Assurance: Assist in first-pass copy QA. Every product claim you write must be rigorously fact-checked and verified against our internal fact sheets. High-Volume Organization: Stay highly organized: your name goes on the Monday item as Copywriter at creation, and statuses are kept current so the pipeline is always visible. KPIs (How We Measure Success) Measurable, scored monthly. Your lead sets and issues these each month. Month 1 is the first full calendar month of employment. Month 1: 120 concepts created Month 2: 120 concepts created Month 3: 120 concepts created How it is measured: Monday creation log. Junior named as Copywriter at item creation; 0.5/0.5 strategist-copywriter splits count as 0.5; unit renders on the dashboard. Aligned to the Creative Strategist's Q4 plan: 120 a month assumes writing only, no ramp month. First-month check late October: 100 or above is on track; below 80 resets the November forecast. If QA/review load is assigned, the number re-bases at that check. Month 1: 60% Month 2: 70% Month 3: 80% How it is measured: % of drafts approved with at most one revision round in the QA log. A Rework status on Monday \= not first-pass. Month 1: Ads (static copy + video scripts) Month 2: Adds emails (campaigns + flows) Month 3: Adds landing pages + quiz funnels How it is measured: Format mix on the creation log. Month 1: 100% Month 2: 100% Month 3: 100% How it is measured: Zero unverified claims reaching QA, per the Master Claims Table. Probation gate for regularization: at least 75% first-pass average across months 2-3, month-3 production number hit, zero claims violations shipped. After Month 3, targets recalibrate monthly against the spend plan (Creative Strategist's Q4 plan). Guardrails (The Non-negotiables) Zero-Defect Accuracy: You are fully accountable for flawless grammar and spelling. Nodraft gets submitted with unverified claims. Multi-Format Delivery: Output must actively span across ads, emails, landing pages, and funnels. You cannot just sit on one format while other channels starve. No "Raw" AI Submissions: AI is a tool, not the writer. No raw, unedited AI output passes your desk. Every piece must be actively re-written to sound like a human. Compensation Proposed Salary Range: PHP 40,000 to PHP 50,000 gross per month, mapped to experience: ₱40K \= strong fresh grad to 1 year with portfolio · ₱45K \= around 2 years · ₱50K \= 3 years of relevant DR/e-commerce copy. Band matched to the Creative Strategy Associate on the Head of Advertising's instruction (Aug 27); final band pending HR confirmation.
