• AU Mortgage Broker Assistant Support / Work From Home • We're seeking Australian Experienced Mortgage Loan Processors / Broker Assistant Support (Broker Side) in the Philippines with a sharp eye for detail to join our long list of clients. All Weekends Off • Work From Home Forever • Salary incremental increases within the first year • Annual performance review after first year • Internet Allowance on Day 1 • Monthly PH Holiday Allowance • 20 Leave Credits plus 7 PAID AU Holidays • Equipment provided • Your Daily Tasks: • Assisting brokers to manage the client experience from application stage through to loan settlement. • Packaging the deal, collecting and verifying all relevant financial documents, and submitting to the lenders via various systems, including pre-approvals, refinances, and purchases. • Proactively following up with clients for documents/details and keeping them informed of progress on their loan applications. • Completing ordering valuations and requesting pricing approval when needed. • Assisting mortgage brokers in preparing and submitting loan applications to lenders. • Gathering and verifying client documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy. • Liaising with banks, lenders, and clients to track loan progress and resolve any issues. • Conducting initial research on loan products and assisting in structuring tailored loan solutions. • Maintaining up-to-date records in CRM systems and ensuring strict regulatory compliance. • Providing exceptional client service throughout the entire loan process. • Might include scheduling appointments, managing emails, and handling various administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly. • What You'll Bring: • Proven experience in writing AUSTRALIAN loans, proficient with both salaried and self-employed applicants. You'll have comprehensive knowledge of home loans, investment loans, construction loans, and SMSF financing. • Minimum 2 years of Australian mortgage broking experience (Broker side) is MANDATORY for this position. • Experience working for an AUSTRALIAN mortgage broker in the mortgage settlement space (e.g., loan processor, broker assistant, settlement officers, asset finance or para-broker). • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy to prevent rework and rejections. One touch approvals are your forte. • Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a diverse workload autonomously in a remote setting. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders like lenders, clients, or real estate professionals. • Hands-on experience with CRM and loan software such as Salestrekker, BrokerEngine, Infyniti, MyCRM, Quickli, Mercury, AOL, and FLEX . • Proficiency in at least one of the listed CRM/loan software systems is sufficient for this role. • Servicing calculator experience - Big Bonus points! • A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service. • 4-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Cert IV for Bonus points!). • Attention to detail is a must! • Non-negotiable requirements • Internet Connection of at least 50 Mbps • Must have a contingency plan for power or internet interruptions • Must be able to provide 3 work related character references • Work-related character references must be from Australian mortgage supervisors or Philippine Client Services Managers only.
