Marketing Coordinator — Remote (Part-Time) Pay USD $8–$14 per hour, based on experience. Job Type / Location Independent contractor · Part-time, 10–20 hrs/week · 100% remote (the Philippines). Summary Strategic Medical Brokers — a physician exit-advisory firm in Phoenix, AZ — is hiring a part-time, 100% remote Marketing Coordinator (10–20 hrs/week) based in the Philippines. You’ll grow our brand and turn searcher intent into qualified discovery meetings, owning analytics, video, drip campaigns, social and email. You’ll work alongside our retained web/SEO firm rather than duplicating it — running the marketing engine on top of the website they build. What You’ll Do Own analytics and ROI reporting in Google Analytics 4, Search Console and Tag Manager — from first search query to closed deal. Run our Vimeo video hub: host, embed, repurpose into short clips, publish to social and YouTube, and track performance. Build intent-based email \+ SMS drip campaigns in Zoho CRM (powered by AudienceLab) for people searching “medical practice valuation” and “selling a medical practice.” Plan and run campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and email, segmented by specialty and geography. Own the ongoing content calendar and run direct-mail campaigns with QR tracking. Must-Haves 2\+ years in marketing coordination or campaign execution. Hands-on Google Analytics 4, Search Console and Tag Manager. Vimeo (or similar) — including editing long-form video into short clips. Email/SMS automation in a CRM (Zoho a plus) and excellent written English. Nice-to-Haves AudienceLab or similar intent-audience tools, SEO familiarity, Looker Studio, or healthcare/B2B marketing experience.
