We are looking for an experienced Xactimate Level 3 Supplement Specialist to prepare accurate insurance supplements, manage claim documentation, and communicate with insurance adjusters. The ideal candidate has strong estimating experience, excellent attention to detail, and can independently manage multiple claims from review through submission. Key Responsibilities Supplement Writing & Claims Review new claims, photos, and documentation Write accurate supplement estimates using Xactimate Level 3 Prepare justifications for additional labor, materials, and costs Revise estimates based on insurance feedback Submit supplements and monitor claim progress Insurance & Documentation Communicate with insurance adjusters and conduct daily follow-ups Upload photos, supporting documents, and estimates Order EagleView (EV) reports when needed Manage claims through Contractor Connection (ConCon) Update claim statuses in GoHighLevel (GHL) or the company CRM Daily Operations Prioritize claims based on urgency and deadlines Send end-of-day summaries of completed work Ensure all claim records are accurate and up to date Flag claims requiring additional information or follow-up Qualifications Xactimate Level 3 Certification (Required) 3+ years of supplement writing experience Strong knowledge of insurance claims and estimating Experience communicating with insurance adjusters Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Able to work independently and manage multiple claims Required Tools Xactimate Level 3 Contractor Connection (ConCon) GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM EagleView (EV) Microsoft Excel Google Workspace Preferred Experience Roofing, restoration, or construction industry Property insurance claims Residential and commercial estimating What We're Looking For Detail-oriented and proactive Strong communicator and problem solver Organized with excellent follow-through Able to manage claims efficiently with minimal supervision Success in This Role Success means delivering accurate supplement estimates, maintaining timely communication with adjusters, keeping claim documentation organized, and helping maximize insurance approvals while ensuring claims move through the process efficiently.
