About The Role Are you a dental billing professional who knows how to take a claim from submission all the way through resolution and payment ? We’re looking for an experienced End-to-End Dental Billing & Claims Specialist with strong hands-on experience in dental insurance AR, aging claims, denials, appeals, underpayments, and claim resolution . This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage 30/60/90/120+ day AR , follow up with insurance payers, resolve complex billing issues, and manage claims through completion with minimal training. Work Setup: Work From Home | Philippines Schedule 8:00 PM–5:00 AM PHT | Monday–Friday Salary: ₱40,000–₱50,000/month Sign-On Bonus: ₱10,000 Days Off: Saturday & Sunday We are currently looking for an End-to-End Dental Billing & Claims Specialist to support our client based in the US. Responsibilities Manage dental insurance claims from submission through resolution and payment. Manage assigned insurance AR across 30/60/90/120+ day aging buckets . Prioritize and follow up on denied, rejected, underpaid, high-dollar, and aged claims. Contact insurance payers through phone calls and payer portals to obtain claim status, denial reasons, and payment details. Investigate and resolve denied, rejected, and underpaid dental claims. Handle insurance appeals, reconsiderations, and corrected claim submissions. Review EOBs, ERAs, denial codes, and supporting claim documentation. Gather and submit required documentation, including medical records and authorizations when applicable. Maintain accurate and detailed notes regarding claim activity and payer communications. Apply knowledge of dental CDT codes, payer policies, frequency limitations, and coordination of benefits. Handle dental billing issues involving procedures such as crowns and X-rays . Identify and escalate complex billing and reimbursement issues when necessary. Collaborate with billing, payment posting, clinical, and operational teams to resolve outstanding claims. Meet established KPIs related to AR reduction, claim resolution, collections, and timely follow-up. Qualifications and Requirements: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in dental billing, dental claims, or dental insurance AR . Proven experience managing end-to-end dental billing and claims , from submission through resolution and payment. Strong hands-on experience managing dental insurance AR and aging claims , including 30/60/90/120+ day accounts. Experience handling denials, underpayments, appeals, reconsiderations, and claim resubmissions . Strong understanding of dental insurance processes, including CDT codes, denial reasons, payer policies, and frequency limitations . Experience reviewing EOBs, ERAs, and other insurance documentation. Familiarity with dental practice management systems and insurance clearinghouses . Experience handling dental claims involving procedures such as crowns and X-rays . Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple claims and priorities simultaneously. Clear and coherent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and minimal training on dental AR processes . Stable employment history and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting large dental groups or DSOs. Experience managing high-dollar or aged dental insurance AR portfolios. Knowledge of coordination of benefits and pre-determinations. Demonstrated experience improving collections or reducing days in AR.
