You will communicate with prospective applicants, conduct introductory screening conversations, coordinate interviews, and ensure candidates remain informed and engaged from their initial application through the next stages of hiring. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, communication, and creating an exceptional candidate experience in a remote environment. Responsibilities Engage with prospective candidates through outbound and inbound communication. Conduct initial qualification calls to assess candidate interest, experience, and availability. Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process. Coordinate interview scheduling with recruiters and hiring managers. Provide applicants with hiring updates, interview details, and next-step guidance. Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system and CRM. Monitor candidate engagement and perform timely follow-up to keep the hiring pipeline active. Meet daily goals for candidate outreach, engagement, and interview coordination. Support recruiting campaigns and additional talent acquisition initiatives as assigned. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Reliable computer, mobile device, primary and backup internet connection, and dependable electricity. Ability to manage multiple candidate conversations while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote, goal-oriented environment. Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, customer service, sales, hospitality, or call center operations is preferred but not required.
