Job Description Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Develop and execute SEO strategy across all CLG brand websites and key property/landing pages Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization across brand and regional pages Run technical SEO audits (site speed, indexing, structured data, mobile usability) and manage remediation Build and maintain local SEO presence for each brand and region (CLC, HMC, SCLC, GPM) Manage backlink and off-page SEO strategy in line with brand reputation standards Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Paid Search Plan, build and manage Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns across all CLG brands Allocate and monitor paid search budgets by brand, region and seasonal demand Run ongoing bid strategy optimisation, A/B testing of ad copy and landing pages Manage remarketing and conversion-focused campaigns to support direct bookings Content Support Brief and collaborate with content writers/designers on SEO-optimised blog and landing page content Maintain a content calendar aligned to seasonal and regional booking demand Support seasonal and campaign-specific content requirements across brands Analytics & Reporting Monitor performance via GA4, Google Search Console and Google Ads reporting Produce monthly SEO/SEM performance reporting by brand, including ROI/ROAS Maintain performance dashboards and translate data into actionable recommendations Identify and report on search trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities Key Competencies Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple brands and stakeholders concurrently High attention to detail and quality control across campaigns Commercial acumen — connecting search performance to booking revenue Clear written and verbal communication with marketing and brand stakeholders Strong prioritisation skills across competing brand needs and deadlines Non-negotiable skills and requirements: Minimum 3 years' hands-on SEO and SEM experience Demonstrated experience managing Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console Proven track record of measurable SEO/SEM campaign results Experience managing search strategy across multiple brands or websites Perks & Benefits (Work From Home): Comprehensive health and life insurance on your 16th day of employment, covering 1 free dependent on the 16th day of employment Flexible leave credits which may be used for vacation, emergency and sick leaves Quarterly perks boxes for WFH staff, offering groceries and snacks to keep you fueled Superb and exciting Mid-Year Parties – with items to give away and cash prizes!
