Black Anchor Homes is looking for an experienced High-Ticket Sales Closer (Remote) who knows how to build trust, uncover customer needs, negotiate effectively, and turn qualified appointments into closed deals. We acquire distressed and off-market properties direct from sellers — primarily through wholesale assignment, with select deals moved into fix-and-flip or buy-and-hold when the numbers support it.
