Your voice matters, your growth is prioritized, and your success is celebrated. Responsibilitie Analyze and monitor the status of Planning, Forecasting & Inventory KPIs, reports. Translate data and analysis into simplified presentations, effectively communicating findings to leaders of key trends, insights, and implications while aligning stakeholders on action plans Identify & implement new processes and improvement opportunities to maximize Planning team's productivity. Collaborate with Finance to establish Sales and Order forecast autoload in the ESIOP Sales coverage file and with Sales team on Orders To Sales forecasting from Oracle Sales Cloud system. Leads continuous improvement strategic initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in operations management, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience 3-8 years of experience. Strong Power BI experience is a must ERP management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in using our ERP system (oracle), and advanced planning tools. Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve performance goals. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
