We're looking for an experienced Sales & Customer Success Virtual Assistant who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and creating an outstanding customer experience. This is NOT a traditional customer service or phone-answering position. While this role includes scheduling, customer support, and general virtual assistant responsibilities, your primary focus will be helping convert leads into happy, loyal, recurring customers. We believe customers buy from people they trust. That's why we value positivity, professionalism, empathy, and genuine relationship-building just as much as sales experience. Qualifications We're looking for someone with: At least 2 years of phone sales, inside sales, appointment setting, or lead conversion experience Proven experience closing sales over the phone Experience making outbound and cold calls Experience using CRM software Excellent spoken and written English Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence handling objections and asking for the sale Excellent follow-up habits Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable using technology and AI tools such as ChatGPT Remote Work Requirements You must have: A reliable computer High-speed internet connection Backup internet connection Professional headset Quiet home office Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours This Position Is NOT For You If... ❌ Your experience is mostly answering phones or providing basic customer service. ❌ You have little or no sales experience. ❌ You don't enjoy making outbound or follow-up calls. ❌ You're uncomfortable asking customers for their business. ❌ You prefer routine administrative work over building customer relationships. ❌ You need constant supervision before taking action. ❌ You dislike following systems, processes, and accountability. ❌ You're looking for "just another Virtual Assistant job."
