The Role We're looking for an experienced Paid Social Performance Specialist to join our growing team and take ownership of high-value client accounts. You'll be responsible for developing and managing high-performing paid social strategies across Meta, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, working closely with our Google, creative, analytics and web teams. You Will Own paid social strategy, execution and optimisation Manage and scale significant monthly advertising budgets Analyse performance data and identify opportunities for growth Develop creative hooks, angles and testing strategies Work closely with creative teams to turn insights into high-performing ads Lead client conversations and communicate strategy confidently Optimise towards commercial outcomes including ROAS, MER, CAC and revenue Support new business pitches and mentor junior team members at Senior level What We're Looking For 3+ years of hands-on paid social experience, preferably agency-side Advanced experience with Meta Ads Manager Strong experience with TikTok Ads Proven ability to manage and scale campaigns Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills A genuine understanding of the relationship between creative and performance Strong commercial understanding of paid media and business outcomes Excellent written and verbal English Confident client communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and take ownership Bonus: Experience with Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio or attribution modelling.
