Conducts product trials, testing, and evaluation. Ensures compliance with GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety standards during product development. Performs physico-chemical analysis, sensory evaluation, and equipment calibration. Prepares technical documentation, formulations, and reports. Coordinates with Production and QA teams during scale-up and commercialization. Qualifications Graduate of BS Food Technology. With basic cooking and baking skills. Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety Management.
