Nao Medical is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across provider, behavioral health, and operations roles spanning 12+ clinic sites in NYC and Long Island. What You'll Do Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer execution for provider roles (Physicians, NPs, PAs, PMHNPs) and key onshore clinical and operations positions Pipeline Building: Proactively develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, outbound outreach, and association career centers across competitive healthcare markets Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate directly with clinical leadership to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, coordinate interview scheduling, and drive timely hiring decisions Process and Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records in the ATS (UKG Ready), track pipeline metrics, and identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows and candidate experience Employer Brand and Candidate Experience: Craft compelling job postings, deliver a warm and professional candidate journey from first contact through onboarding handoff, and represent Nao Medical's culture at every touchpoint Why You'll Love This Role High ownership, low bureaucracy. Work alongside a people-first HR and operations group that values initiative, accountability, and continuous improvement What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field At least 1 year of experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition Proven experience recruiting for provider roles (Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants) is strongly preferred Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify high-quality candidates in competitive clinical markets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional candidate-facing presence Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Familiarity with UKG Ready or similar ATS/HRIS platforms is a plus Engagement Details Type: Independent Contractor Rate: $4 to $6/hr, based on experience Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, including holidays Location: Fully remote (any location, must work EST hours) Technical Requirements Reliable wired internet connection (100 Mbps minimum) Computer or laptop with Intel Core i5 / Ryzen 5 processor, 8GB RAM minimum, and 128GB free storage Dual-screen setup preferred Windows 10 or macOS (latest version) Clear webcam (1080p or higher) and microphone Backup systems for electricity and internet outages Nao Medical is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment.
