We are looking for an experienced and creative Expert Video Reels Editor to produce high-quality short-form videos for social media. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of viral content, audience retention, and modern editing techniques to create engaging Reels that deliver results. Key Responsibilities Edit high-quality Reels for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts Transform raw footage into engaging, fast-paced video content Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, effects, music, and sound design Create strong hooks to maximize audience retention Follow current social media trends and platform best practices Collaborate with content creators and the marketing team Organize project files and deliver completed videos on time Job Requirements Proven experience editing short-form videos for social media Strong proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing software Excellent storytelling, pacing, and visual editing skills Understanding of social media algorithms and trending content Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects Strong communication and time management skills Pay: Php15,210.96 - Php56,305.18 per month Work Location: Remote
