About The Role As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing quotations and tender submissions. You will work closely with management, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate pricing and timely submissions. Key Responsibilities Review RFQs, drawings, specifications, and scope documents Perform quantity take-offs from construction drawings Prepare accurate cost estimates covering labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractors Prepare and issue client quotations and tender submissions Communicate with clients regarding scope, pricing, and project requirements Source supplier and subcontractor pricing Prepare variation pricing and scope adjustments Maintain estimating registers and reporting documentation Support project handovers to operations teams Opportunity to visit Australia What We're Looking For Essential Skills & Experience 7–10+ years of estimating experience within construction, civil, subcontracting, or specialist trades Proven experience managing complex, high-value tenders from initial review through final submission Strong ability to interpret and analyze architectural, structural, civil, and engineering drawings and specifications Demonstrated experience preparing accurate cost estimates, tender submissions, and client-facing quotations Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify project risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, cost analysis, and reporting Proficiency in estimating software such as Buildsoft, Cubit, Procore , or similar platforms Highly Regarded Experience with concrete cutting, coring, demolition, grinding, or specialist subcontracting works Experience working with Australian construction companies Knowledge of Australian construction standards and tender processes Experience using Procore, Aconex, or similar construction platforms Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month Benefits Company Christmas gift Company events Health insurance Life insurance Paid training Promotion to permanent employee Work from home Work Location: Remote
