"Detail-Oriented Bookkeeper \| QuickBooks Expert \| Managing High-Volume Client Accounts with Accuracy and Efficiency" Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage high-volume daily accounting tasks for multiple small business clients. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, a solid US accounting background, excellent time management skills, and the ability to balance bookkeeping responsibilities with light administrative support. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent client communication and service. Key Responsibilities Manage bookkeeping functions for 75–85 small business clients, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Process and maintain transactions and statements for bank accounts, credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App. Prepare monthly and annual Profit \& Loss (P\&L) and Balance Sheet reports. Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop (QBD). Monitor and manage client inboxes, responding to emails promptly and professionally. Schedule meetings and maintain calendars using Google Calendar. Prepare, send, and track DocuSign documents, following up to ensure completion. Provide administrative support during lower-volume bookkeeping periods. Organize and maintain financial records, client files, and supporting documentation. Ensure deadlines are met while delivering excellent client service across multiple accounts. Requirements Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience. Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop (QBD). Solid US accounting knowledge and bookkeeping background. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple clients and high-volume workloads efficiently. Experience working with digital statements and cloud-based accounting systems. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace is an advantage. Benefits Why Join Us?
