About The Role We're hiring a Sales Representative for a US-based insurance company, to generate new business, build client relationships, and consistently meet sales targets. Responsibilities Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and referrals Present and sell our insurance products to prospective clients Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets Keep accurate records of leads and sales activity in the CRM Requirements 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role Experience in insurance sales is a plus Strong communication and negotiation skills Goal-oriented and self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision High school diploma required; college degree a plus Comfortable working US business hours.
