We're looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator who can take ownership of our marketing efforts and drive business growth with minimal supervision. Responsibilities \ Own and execute marketing strategies across multiple channels. \ Build and optimize sales funnels to generate qualified leads. \ Plan, manage, and improve lead generation campaigns. \ Monitor campaign performance and increase conversion rates. \ Collaborate with leadership to align marketing with business goals. \ Track marketing metrics and recommend improvements. Qualifications \ 3+ years of marketing experience with proven ownership of marketing initiatives. \ Experience building sales funnels, managing lead generation campaigns, and improving conversions. \ Strong understanding of digital marketing and marketing analytics. \ Able to work independently and take initiative. \ Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus. Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone with a stable marketing career, ideally holding 2–3 consecutive marketing roles lasting at least 2–3 years each, demonstrating long-term growth and commitment rather than frequent short-term freelance work.
