About The Role Join the dynamic team at Edge Cloud Technology and Solutions as an IT Solutions Consultant. In this full-time WFH role based in Metro Manila, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining robust IT infrastructure solutions that drive the success of our innovative cloud technology offerings. As a key member of our tech team, you will leverage your expertise to ensure our clients have reliable, scalable and secure IT environments. What you'll be doing Lead the discovery sessions to understand the client requirements, functional and technical challenges, and organizational roadmap. Maintain technical expertise, including any necessary certifications. Provide presales consultation, design, and support of opportunities involving all products in assigned categories. Offer roadmap and strategic vision to new and existing clients that will result in specific tasks and recommendations of products. Ensure strong and effective market knowledge of product and services in collaboration with the sales team. This role involves proactively engaging with the sales teams, customers, partners, and prospects to drive digital transformation initiatives and business opportunities Conduct introductory and/or conceptual presentations, onboarding of opportunities and/or projects, proposal discussions, and coordination with the respective leads and/or groups to ensure delivery of the needed deliverables. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies Demonstrating extensive knowledge and key benefits of company solutions versus the competition.
