Join our team as a Business Compliance Specialist and play a key role in helping clients maintain strong financial controls, regulatory compliance, and efficient business processes. This role offers an opportunity to build your expertise in audit, compliance, risk management, financial analysis, and internal controls while working closely with clients and internal teams. What You’ll Do Conduct audit and compliance reviews to assess adherence to PFRS, company policies, and regulatory requirements . Review financial records and identify errors, compliance gaps, and potential business risks. Evaluate internal controls and recommend practical improvements to strengthen processes and governance. Coordinate with clients, management, and external auditors during audit and compliance activities. Support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and other finance-related initiatives. Help ensure timely compliance with requirements from the BIR, SEC, and other regulatory agencies . Prepare clear audit reports, working papers, and supporting documentation. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Financial Management, Internal Audit, or a related field . 1–3 years of experience in audit, accounting, finance, or regulatory compliance. Working knowledge of PFRS, Philippine tax regulations, and regulatory requirements . Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar platforms. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. CPA is preferred but not required; relevant experience and demonstrated skills are highly valued. Why Join Us?
