Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across assigned countries and business functions, from intake meetings and sourcing to candidate assessment, selection, and offer management. Working closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and country HR teams, you will develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that attract high-quality talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. You will also drive talent pipeline development, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment process improvements that support Goodyear's hiring goals. Enhances the quality and efficiency of recruitment through proactive sourcing, talent pipelining, and data-driven hiring recommendations. Builds positive candidate and stakeholder experiences by providing expert guidance throughout the hiring process and ensuring alignment with recruitment best practices. Strengthens Goodyear's employer brand through recruiting events, talent engagement programs, and effective use of sourcing and recruitment marketing channels. What You Will Do Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, debrief sessions, offer analysis, and offer discussions. Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, talent databases, referral programs, recruiting events, social media, and other recruitment channels. Build and maintain talent pipelines to proactively support current and future hiring requirements across supported functions and geographies. Partner with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and country HR teams to align on talent needs, hiring strategies, candidate selection, and offer recommendations. Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate evaluations to assess technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the role. Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives that increase market awareness and attract diverse, high-quality talent. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in any field; a degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline is an advantage. 3-5 years of professional experience, including at least one year of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and stakeholder engagement. Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment technologies, and sourcing platforms to identify and engage talent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build productive relationships across multiple functions and countries. Demonstrated expertise in competency-based interviewing, talent mapping, candidate assessment, and talent pipeline development. Knowledge of recruitment marketing, employer branding, and reporting tools, with the ability to analyze hiring data and support informed talent decisions.
