Strong written English and the ability to write clear, natural marketing and outreach copy. Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces. Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, Canva, AI tools, social platforms, and other marketing tools. Able to learn quickly and work independently without needing constant direction. A portfolio or examples of previous marketing, social media, content, campaign, or creative work. We're Particularly Interested In People Who Know or are genuinely interested in SolarBalls, MrSpherical, RunMonsterRun, YouTube animation, creator-led entertainment, or similar online communities. Enjoy collecting things such as cards, figures, merchandise, trading cards, or other fandom products. Understand why people become fans of a show and want to own something connected to it. Spend time on YouTube and understand creator communities and online fandoms. Are curious about what fans are talking about, sharing, buying, and getting excited about. Can look at a product and think “Would a fan actually want this?” Understand that marketing to a passionate audience is different from marketing a generic consumer product. Being a collector or genuinely passionate fan is a big plus. We'd Also Love If You Have Experience with creator or influencer marketing. Experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform. Experience with email marketing tools. Experience with basic analytics and reporting. Experience working with merchandise, consumer products, collectibles, or creator-led brands. Basic graphic design or video editing skills. Experience running or supporting product launches. Strong familiarity with YouTube and online creator communities. How You Work You are proactive, curious, and resourceful. You don't wait for someone to give you a step-by-step list for everything. If you see something that needs doing, you figure out the next step and get it moving. You Are Comfortable Asking “I noticed this. Should I take care of it?” You follow through. You chase things when needed. You notice details. And when something isn't working, you flag it instead of letting it sit. Most importantly, you care about the end result, not just completing tasks. What Good Looks Like You make the Marketing Manager faster and more effective. Campaigns keep moving. Launches are properly supported. Creator outreach happens consistently. Marketing assets are ready. Social content gets published. Product pages are checked. Opportunities don't get forgotten. You also bring fan perspective to the work. You understand the audience well enough to spot ideas that could genuinely excite them. The Goal Help Telos Media turn the audiences behind our brands into engaged fans and customers. Create more excitement around our products, get them in front of the right people, support great launches, and help build merchandise that fans genuinely want to own.
