Job Purpose : Support in providing accounting-related tasks to clients that are primarily associated with preparing financial records including but not limited to analyzing accounting data, documents financial transactions, and other related client reports for all outsourced services and technical advisory. Education, Certification, and Years of Experience Required: a. With Bachelor’s Degree or master's degree in BS Accountancy b. With license (Certified Public Accountant) or other related accounting certifications is an advantage but not a requirement. c. Preferably with Software Certification in Xero, QuickBooks, and the like. d. With at least 2 years of extensive experience in the end to end Accounting, Taxation & Finance Field preferably in an Accounting or Outsourcing firm. f. Experience in Xero Technical Advisory (Setting up and Migration). g. Candidates with personal laptop and internet connection is an advantage. NOTE: Salary is negotiable based on the level of experience. Scope of Responsibilities: Able to provide advice related to accounting, taxation, and treasury services. Able to understand and create complex formulas and perform reconciliations using Excel. Able to utilize MS Office applications (Outlook, Sharepoint, Powerpoint, Word, Excel etc) to successfully deliver tasks. Certified in Xero/QB and can provide advice on the use of these cloud accounting systems. Able to effectively communicate internally and externally, both oral and written, to achieve organizational goals. Able to assess and resolve issues with confidence based on strong technical background and soft skills.
