About The Role We are seeking a highly proactive and technically skilled Tech Manager to oversee technology operations, troubleshoot software issues, and support the team in implementing effective solutions. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and is comfortable leveraging AI tools and APIs to optimize processes and workflows. Key Responsibilities Lead and support day-to-day technical operations and software management. Troubleshoot and resolve software and system-related issues efficiently. Explain technical concepts, problems, and solutions clearly to non-technical team members and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement solutions. Utilize AI tools and APIs to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they impact operations. Document technical procedures and guide team members. Foster open communication and contribute positively to a collaborative work environment. Execute tasks in place of non-present team members if needed. Requirements roven experience troubleshooting software issues and providing technical support. Familiarity with AI tools and APIs. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage openly with team members and stakeholders. Ability to translate technical fixes and concepts into simple, easy-to-understand explanations for non-technical audiences. Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a Technical Manager, IT Manager, Systems Administrator, or similar role. Experience supporting SaaS platforms and cloud-based applications. Knowledge of workflow automation tools and integrations. Exposure to AI-powered applications and API implementations. Familiarity with project management methodologies and collaboration tools. Experience creating documentation, SOPs, and user guides. Basic understanding of networking, security, and system administration concepts. Skills Required Software troubleshooting and problem-solving Familiarity with AI tools and APIs Understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud-based applications Knowledge of workflow automation and system integrations Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently Basic understanding of REST APIs and data flow concepts Technical documentation and SOP creation Ability to explain technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Confidence in leading discussions and coordinating with cross-functional teams Pay: Php95,000\.00 - Php100,000\.00 per month Benefits Paid training Work Location: Remote
