We are looking for an experienced Residential Energy Rater to join our team and play a key role in assessing the energy efficiency of residential building projects. What You Will Do Conduct comprehensive energy efficiency assessments for residential properties. Utilize HERO software to perform accurate energy modeling and ratings. Prepare and issue compliance reports and certifications. Ensure all assessments meet current building codes and sustainability standards. What We’re Looking For Proven Experience: Direct, hands-on experience working as an Energy Rater, specifically within the residential sector. Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge and practical experience using HERO software. Required Certification: You must hold a valid BASIX Certificate. Detail-Oriented: High accuracy in data entry, modeling, and analyzing building specifications.
