Key Responsibilities · Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive inquiries and bookings · Manage and optimize Meta and Google ad campaigns (targeting, creatives, budget allocation) · Build and refine conversion funnels (social → landing page → inquiry → booking) · Monitor and improve response systems (DM handling, inquiry flow, turnaround time) · Plan and launch seasonal and promotional campaigns (holidays, long weekends, peak seasons) · Work closely with the Content Producer to ensure campaigns are creatively and strategically aligned · Identify and secure brand partnerships and collaborations (events, lifestyle brands, corporate clients) · Build relationships with influencers, agencies, and booking platforms · Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and performance insights · Ensure all campaigns and partnerships align with Hesdin Estate’s premium positioning · Work with operations to align guest experience with brand promise Qualifications · Proven experience in marketing, growth, or performance marketing · Strong background in digital ads (Meta, Google, etc.) · Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization · Background in hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage · Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategy · Experience in partnerships, business development, or account management · Highly proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely · Strong communication and coordination skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php35,000\.00 per month Benefits Work from home Work Location: Remote
