We sell AI services to small contractors in the United States — pool builders, fencing companies, HVAC and roofing crews. These are one- and two-man businesses that lose work every day to problems automation solves, starting with missed calls: the owner is on a job site, the phone rings, and the job goes to whoever picked up. We're hiring one appointment setter to call these owners and book a 30-minute consultation. You are not closing sales. You book the meeting, we handle the rest. Responsibilities Make 200 outbound calls per shift from a provided list of licensed business owners with direct contact numbers Deliver a short pitch and handle common objections Book qualified 30-minute appointments into our calendar Log call outcomes accurately and report your numbers at the end of each shift What we provide A US phone number through Dialpad — no equipment purchase needed A verified lead list. No cold databases, no gatekeepers — you have the owner's name and direct line before you dial. Script, objection handling guide, and training Schedule Monday to Friday, 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Philippine time (US Pacific business hours) Permanent night shift, permanent work from home Compensation This is a base salary plus uncapped commission, paid in US dollars. Base: USD $500 per month. Guaranteed, regardless of results. Paid twice a month — on the 15th and the 30th — through Wise, which lands directly in your GCash. You get paid every two weeks like a normal job, not once a month in arrears. Commission: 5% of every deal that closes. When an appointment you booked turns into a paying client, you get 5% of the setup fee — USD $50 on our standard package, USD $100 on the premium one. There is no cap. Five closed deals in a month is an extra $250–500 on top of your base. You don't close the sale yourself — I do. You book the meeting and get the owner to actually show up. Commission is paid on the payout cycle after the client's first payment clears. Requirements No calling experience required. I care more about how you sound on the phone and whether you can take rejection than where you've worked.
