This role requires 2-3 years of hands-on experience in outbound calling, sales, appointment setting , and appointment confirmation . Salary: 25,000 (Full time, 6 months Probation) Experience: Cold Calling, Appointment Setting, Health Clinics/Beauty/Spa Clients - 2 years (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Timezone: Australian Time Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing calls. Efficiently schedule appointments and fill calendar gaps to ensure a fully booked and well-structured day. Follow up with clients and send reminders for appointments Use scheduling software to manage and maintain a clean, efficient calendar. Solve problems proactively and independently, thinking outside the box to get things done. Operate under high-pressure while maintaining professionalism and top-tier performance. Requirements Prior experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant. Has worked with US or Australian clients, especially in the health, spa or wellness industry (a plus!). Strong ability to handle high call volumes and close leads through persuasive, professional phone conversations. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in calendar and scheduling software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and highly demanding environment. Fluent in English.
