Extensive Hiring Experience with VA experience required Position Overview The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for building a strong, reliable pipeline of qualified Strategic Partner (SP) candidates for U.S.-based clients. This is a high-output, quality-focused sourcing role . The ideal candidate can move quickly without sacrificing candidate quality, identify transferable skills beyond what is written on a resume, and proactively communicate potential concerns before candidates move further into the hiring process. The Sourcing Specialist serves as the first talent filter , ensuring that candidates endorsed to the Recruiting Team meet the role requirements, demonstrate the required capabilities, and are positioned for success in the next stage of the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development Source qualified d Strategic Partner candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social platforms, talent databases, and other sourcing channels. Develop and maintain an active pipeline of candidates for assigned requisitions. Use Boolean search, keyword strategies, and targeted sourcing techniques to identify candidates with specialized skills and experience. Proactively identify candidates for hard-to-fill and specialized positions. Maintain consistent daily sourcing activity based on assigned recruitment priorities. Candidate Screening & Qualification Review resumes, applications, profiles, portfolios, and other candidate information against specific client requirements. Relevant work experience Technical and tool proficiency Communication skills Overall alignment with the client's requirements Ask targeted follow-up questions to validate claims made on resumes and applications. Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or potential concerns before endorsing candidates. Distinguish between candidates who have exposure to a tool and candidates who are genuinely proficient and capable of independently performing the required work . Candidate Documentation & Endorsement Team Collaboration Reporting & Performance Tracking Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies or clients. Experience sourcing remote professionals or virtual assistants. Experience recruiting for specialized or technical positions. Experience using Boolean search and advanced LinkedIn sourcing techniques. Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tracking systems. Experience recruiting for roles involving CRM, accounting, marketing, operations, sales, or other business-specific tools. Experience conducting structured phone screens.
