Job Description

CaaB-Cloud is a leading Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) provider serving Managed Service Providers (MSPs) across North America and Europe. As part of the OMC Group, we deliver reliable and scalable cloud solutions that help our customers grow and succeed. We are looking for a part-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) (75% position) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of SDR experience and is confident in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting. Key Responsibilities • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to prospective customers across Europe. • Qualify leads and identify business opportunities. • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team. • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in the CRM. Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience in an SDR role (required). • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting. • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot. • Experience in technology, cloud, SaaS, or MSP environments is an advantage. • Experience engaging with European-based prospects is a plus. Working Conditions • Remote position (75% employment scope). • Candidates must be based in the Philippines. • Working hours will align with European business hours and will be assigned by the employer. • This is an independent contractor position, compensated against invoices.
