About The Role • This role will require the successful candidate to work closely with the Directors, Senior Credit Analysts and Broker Support. Your duties will include but will not be limited to: • Processing residential loan applications supplied by Finance Broker and Broker Support team • Workshop the loan scenario, including product research, serviceability and document verification • Create Preliminary Assessments, Apply Online (AOL), Bank Application Forms, Discharge Forms and Credit Notes • Submit and manage the loan application submission, MIR's and status all the way through until Unconditional Approval • Liaise with bank assessors, BDMs, legal professionals and clients
