We are looking for individuals who are ambitious and passionate to join us in our journey. Would you be up to the challenge? This full-time role is based in our head office in Makati City. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day handling of the Company’s social media account and or any other that may be assigned Develop, edit and publish engaging and creative social media contents daily Coordinate with Graphics Team for the creation of visual contents Research consistently on current benchmark trends and audience preferences Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media Communicate with followers by responding to comments or queries Collaborate and align with other key departments for product and campaign promotions Generates reports, analyze consumer behaviors (social media performance, web traffic, rankings, conversion rate, ad performance, etc), and provide recommendations on next steps Assists the Marketing Department with its daily tasks Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing 4-5 years of experience in Social Media Management. Relevant work experience in e-commerce, social media marketing, business development, strategic partnerships, and affiliate marketing is an advantage Knowledge of online marketing channels Excellent written and verbal communication skills Driven and results-oriented Experience with Google Analytics and Facebook Ads is a big plus Also open to fresh graduates with great energy and communication skills Preferred Qualifications 4-5 years of experience in social media marketing Hands-on experience in content management About FlowerStore Group With operations in the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, and Singapore is the biggest gifting e-commerce company in Southeast Asia.
