Location: Remote, Philippines Schedule Monday through Friday, US Eastern Time Base Compensation: $1,200 USD per month On-Target Earnings: $1,700 to $1,900 USD per month Stretch Earnings: $2,500+ USD per month About The Role We are a growing US-based marketing agency seeking an experienced Telemarketing Manager to lead a remote team of outbound callers in the Philippines. Our callers contact US businesses to identify decision-makers who are genuinely open to receiving commercial cleaning quotes. We are scaling toward 25 or more callers and need a hands-on manager who can improve production while protecting lead quality. This is not an administrative-only position. You will actively monitor the calling floor, review calls, coach agents, manage attendance, diagnose performance problems, and take responsibility for measurable team improvement. Responsibilities • Manage approximately 15 to 30 remote telemarketing agents • Run a brief daily kickoff meeting before calling begins • Monitor attendance, punctuality, availability, and dialer activity • Track calls, human answers, conversations, opportunities, lead quality, and productivity • Listen to live and recorded calls throughout the day • Identify weak openings, poor objection handling, unclear communication, and false-interest leads • Determine whether performance problems originate from the callers, script, training, data, dialer, or qualification process • Provide direct daily coaching to underperforming agents • Conduct weekly one-on-one performance reviews • Train and onboard new callers • Recommend when agents require additional training, a formal warning, or removal • Verify that submitted opportunities meet our qualification requirements • Maintain documented coaching and performance records • Submit a concise end-of-day performance report • Recommend controlled tests to improve team performance • Maintain a professional, accountable, and energetic team culture PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS You will be responsible for improving: • QA-approved opportunities per caller • Caller consistency and attendance • Dialer utilization • Conversation quality • Objection-handling ability • Contact-to-opportunity conversion • Client acceptance rate • New-hire ramp-up speed • Coaching consistency and accountability You must be comfortable holding agents accountable, identifying the root cause of performance problems, and making clear recommendations when someone is not meeting expectations. Requirements • At least two years of outbound telemarketing or call-center experience • At least one year of experience supervising an outbound team • Experience directly managing at least 10 callers • Strong spoken and written English • Experience reviewing calls and coaching appointment-setting or sales agents • Strong understanding of dialer metrics, conversion funnels, and agent productivity • Ability to diagnose performance problems using call recordings and operational data • Comfortable using Slack, Google Sheets, CRMs, and dialer reporting systems • Reliable computer, professional headset, stable internet, and backup internet access • Quiet and professional home workspace • Available to work a full US Eastern Time shift, Monday through Friday Experience with B2B appointment setting, commercial services, VICIdial, Primo Dialer, or similar platforms is strongly preferred.
