About The Role As a KOL Partnership Associate focused on the Filipino market, you will play a pivotal role in driving user growth and transaction activity by leveraging partnerships with trading mentors and KOLs. This position combines strategic partnership management , market expansion , and data-driven execution to strengthen our presence in PH and Southeast Asia. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-quality mentor/KOL resource pool, executing promotional campaigns, and aligning internal resources to maximize user acquisition and engagement. Key Responsibilities Market Strategy : Design and implement localized growth initiatives tailored to the Philippine Web3 ecosystem. Competitive Insights : Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine positioning. Partnership Development : Establish and nurture collaborations with Filipino lead instructors, KOLs, and other ecosystem partners. Growth Execution : Drive user registrations, transaction conversions, and overall market engagement through targeted campaigns. Cross-functional Collaboration : Coordinate with internal teams to maximize resource utilization and campaign impact. Qualifications Local Network : Existing connections with Filipino trading mentors/KOLs is essential. Industry Experience : 1–3 years in Web3 sales or business development, with solid knowledge of blockchain industry practices. Negotiation Skills : Proven ability to negotiate, integrate resources, and deliver successful partnerships. Analytical Ability : Strong data analysis and project management skills; capable of working independently. Track Record : Demonstrated success in driving business growth or partnership initiatives is a plus.
