About The Role We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain smart workflow automations across the business. This role is ideal for someone technical, systems-minded, and experienced in connecting platforms through APIs. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience with n8n , API integrations , and LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar. They will help automate repetitive tasks, improve business processes, and build reliable AI-powered workflows. Key Responsibilities Build, maintain, and optimize automation workflows using n8n . Create API integrations between tools such as CRMs, databases, email platforms, project management tools, AI platforms, and internal systems. Build AI-powered workflows using OpenAI API, Claude API, Gemini API, or other LLM platforms . Design, test, and improve prompts for AI agents, chatbots, internal tools, and automated workflows. Troubleshoot workflow errors, failed API calls, webhook issues, authentication problems, and data formatting issues. Set up workflow monitoring, alerts, error handling, and fallback processes. Translate manual business processes into scalable automated systems. Work with non-technical teams to understand requirements and turn them into practical automation solutions. Document workflows, API connections, prompt structures, and technical processes clearly. Recommend improvements to tools, systems, and automation strategy. Non-Negotiable Requirements Strong hands-on experience with n8n . Strong knowledge of API integrations . Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, HTTP requests, authentication, and error handling . Hands-on experience with OpenAI API, Claude API, Gemini API, or other LLM platforms . Practical experience with prompt engineering for AI tools, agents, or automated workflows. Ability to connect multiple platforms into reliable end-to-end workflows. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and figure out technical solutions. Experience building AI agents, lead enrichment systems, reporting dashboards, or internal automation tools. Clear documentation and communication skills. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with JavaScript, Python, or basic scripting. Experience with Airtable, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Supabase, Google Sheets, or similar databases. Familiarity with CRMs, email automation tools, Slack, Notion, ClickUp, HubSpot, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms. Understanding of API rate limits, secure credential handling, data privacy, and automation monitoring. Ideal Candidate Highly technical and comfortable working with APIs. Experienced in building real automations, not just basic workflows. Strong understanding of how LLMs can be used inside business processes. Comfortable reading API documentation and testing integrations. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to document work clearly. Able to communicate with both technical and non-technical team members. Proactive in finding automation opportunities and improving existing systems.
