About the Job • We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable Patch Analyst to support day-to-day patch management and vulnerability remediation across enterprise environments. • You will play a frontline role in ensuring systems remain secure, compliant, and up to date , executing patch deployments, monitoring outcomes, and escalating issues where required Key Responsibilities • Patch Deployment & Execution • Vulnerability Monitoring & Triage • Compliance & Reporting • Collaboration & Team Contribution Key Technologies: • Windows Server & Windows 10/11 • Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, WSUS • Microsoft 365 & Azure environments • Endpoint and patch management tooling The following skills are REQUIRED: • Experience in IT operations, service desk, or systems administration • Strong knowledge of Windows environments and endpoint management • Experience with patch management tools (SCCM/MECM, WSUS, Intune) • Understanding of vulnerability concepts and basic security principles • Strong troubleshooting, attention to detail, and documentation skills • Excellent communication and ability to escalate clearly The following skills are desirable: • MSP experience • Exposure to vulnerability scanning tools (e.g. Rapid7, Nessus, Qualys) • Certifications such as Microsoft Endpoint Administrator or CompTIA Security+ • Familiarity with frameworks such as Essential Eight, NIST, or CIS Controls • PowerShell or automation experience • Understanding of ITIL processes • We are looking for people with the following qualities: • Reliable and dependable • The ability to take the initiative and work unsupervised and remotely • Excellent customer service & communication skills both verbal and written • Dedicated, hardworking, and a self-starter, be proactive use initiative. • Intelliworx has an ongoing commitment for its team to demonstrate excellence in their professional practice.
