Website QA & Marketing Content Assistant Remote (Philippines) · Full-time · EST working hours We're looking for a detail-obsessed assistant to be the last line of defense for our digital content. Your main job: catch what everyone else misses. You'll spend most of your time on quality assurance across our website and campaigns, with a supporting role in getting content published and polished. What you'll do: Quality Assurance (primary focus) Regularly audit the website and flag errors, broken layouts, or anything that looks off QA all content for spelling, grammar, formatting, and brand consistency before and after it goes live Test links, forms, and buttons to make sure everything works Check pages across desktop and mobile for display issues Log issues clearly and work with the dev team to see fixes through to completion Content Support Upload and format blog posts in the CMS Build and upload AI Max landing pages, making sure copy, images, and links are correct Light writing and editing as needed Help with basic SEO tasks (meta titles/descriptions, alt text, internal links) What we're after: A genuinely sharp eye for detail — you notice the double space, the wrong shade of blue, the link that goes nowhere Strong written English and solid editing instincts Comfortable working in a CMS (WordPress or similar) Organized, reliable, and great at communicating what you found and where Familiarity with SEO basics is a plus Schedule & benefits: Fully remote EST business hours Paid Philippine holidays Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php62,000.00 per month Benefits Work from home Work Location: Remote
