Strong written English communication skills , with the ability to provide clear reporting and collaborate effectively through written communication. Familiarity with data annotation concepts and web-based labeling tools; experience with Roboflow is an advantage. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and proactively identify and escalate issues. Ability to make sound decisions independently and escalate concerns appropriately when needed. Experience with construction drawings, architecture, or CAD is an advantage but not required. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate a team of plan labelers, including daily assignment management and workload distribution Monitor annotation quality through regular audits and ensure compliance with established guidelines Track, analyze, and report daily and weekly throughput metrics to stakeholders Onboard, train, and calibrate new annotators to ensure quality standards are achieved before independent work begins Identify and escalate annotation edge cases, quality concerns, and guideline gaps to the team Facilitate the resolution of ambiguous labeling scenarios and communicate guideline updates to the annotation team Participate in regular video calls with the internal team to review progress, address challenges, and align priorities Pay: Php100,000\.00 - Php150,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): Do you have previous experience using RoboFlow?
