Location: Philippines (Remote) Job Type: Full-time We are looking for an experienced and confident Cold Caller based in the Philippines to support our client in Canada. This is a night-shift position aligned with Canadian business hours. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided contact lists Introduce the company’s services in a professional and engaging manner Qualify leads, collect relevant information, and schedule follow-up appointments Maintain accurate call notes and update customer information in the system Follow call scripts while communicating naturally and professionally Meet daily and weekly call, lead, and appointment-setting targets Work closely with the Canadian team and provide regular updates Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of cold calling, telemarketing, sales, or appointment-setting experience Strong English speaking and communication skills Comfortable speaking with new people and handling objections professionally Experience using a CRM, dialer, or lead-management system is an asset Reliable high-speed internet connection, computer, headset, and quiet home workspace Must be available to work night shifts in the Philippines to align with Canadian business hours Self-motivated, dependable, and target-driven If you have proven cold-calling experience and enjoy connecting with potential clients, we encourage you to apply
